Santa Barbara is about love and its different stages. That includes anger, pain, and longing. Like waves, love is unpredictable. At the early stages, love is confusing and compelling as it is invigorating and rewarding, all at once. But it didn't last. At one point the wave must break, and love falls apart. Leaving a scar behind to reminisce.

The Role of Social Media in Transforming the Beauty Industry

This 3-episode podcast articulates self-journey and discovery to an eco-friendly lifestyle of your own.
I am fortunate to have lived in a time where women stood up and decided to change the beauty standards that once limit them to fully love the body they are in. If we as women can learn one thing from the past, is that beauty comes in various packages. There’s not only one size nor color that is more beautiful. The body positivity movement has been thriving for the past 5-10 years, especially with the rise of social media, preaching about beauty beyond sizes, genders, and colors. However, as the body positivity movement continues to head in a good direction, there’s another aspect of beauty that seems to be forgotten, scars. Our human bodies bleed sometimes, and when it does it leaves a mark, one that fades but never fully disappears. For so long, women felt the need to hide their scars for fear of being labeled as ugly. But each scar has a story to it, and today I will share to you some of these women’s stories.
